We execute minor/major repair jobs at clients’ projects site including sourcing of spare parts & consumables to help you to save time and controlling expenses.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE & MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES

• Keeping records of maintenance activities, consumed spares/ material, inventory & inspection etc. Preventive maintenance, periodic maintenance & other auto base maintenance activities are to be carried out as OEM standards. Preparation of major work and engine O/H report. Plan and execute the overhauling of equipment/vehicle/Auxiliary with bar chart
• List out all required spares including material codification, material inspection, store management, DWG development and processing in SAP. Generate requirement of spares, well in advance, based on maintenance planning, looking to the lead time of spares to avoid any unforeseen outages due to lack of spares.
• All types of maintenance including preventive, break down, scheduled, planned, predictive, condition based, Routine maintenance of equipment’s/vehicles, different assemblies, accessories, mountings etc. Routine inspection of vehicles/ equipment.
• Repairs and maintenance of engine and transmission assemblies, steering system, clutch & brake, gearbox, differential, rear axle, front, rear wheel assemblies, suspension system & body repairing works. Repairs and maintenance of transmission assembly, torque convertor unit, steering and final drive, complete track assembly. Repairs and maintenance of blade assembly, bucket assembly, back hoe assembly etc.
• Repairs and maintenance of complete electrical & electronic system like wiring, self- starter, alternator and wiper motor including all work related to auto electrical & electronic system. Complete battery maintenance and battery recharging.
• Diagnose and record the cause of failure. Perform corrective Maintenance of all equipment’s and vehicles as per OEM. Providing RCA (root cause analysis) report of each major break down with proposed CAPA
